Return Window: You may return any unopened and unused packaged food items within 3 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and undamaged.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened, damaged, or consumed items are not eligible for return for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Availability: If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a similar product or a refund.

3. Return Process

  2. Shipping Instructions: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos and details. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
